- Custom-made or personalized pooja items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Return requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
3. Return Method
- Returns are accepted by courier (by mail).
- Customers are required to arrange the return shipment themselves.
- Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.
4. Return Shipping Cost
- Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
- In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, return shipping assistance may be provided after verification.
5. Unboxing Video Requirement (Important)
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers are required to provide a short unboxing video clearly showing:
- The sealed package
- The product condition at the time of opening
- The video is required only for verification purposes and helps us process returns or replacements faster.
- Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement in such cases.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
7. Replacement Policy
- For defective or damaged products, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
- Replacement orders are dispatched after successful verification.
8. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Original packaging is missing
- The return request is made after 7 days
