  • Custom-made or personalized pooja items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

3. Return Method

  • Returns are accepted by courier (by mail).
  • Customers are required to arrange the return shipment themselves.
  • Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
  • In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, return shipping assistance may be provided after verification.

5. Unboxing Video Requirement (Important)

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers are required to provide a short unboxing video clearly showing:
    • The sealed package
    • The product condition at the time of opening
  • The video is required only for verification purposes and helps us process returns or replacements faster.
  • Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement in such cases.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

7. Replacement Policy

  • For defective or damaged products, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
  • Replacement orders are dispatched after successful verification.

8. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Original packaging is missing
  • The return request is made after 7 days
  • The product is custom-made or personalized (unless defective)
