All orders from Vrindavan Puja Store are handled with complete care and devotion.
We work with trusted third-party courier partners — DTDC, Trackon, and India Post — to ensure safe delivery across India.
Orders are dispatched only after payment confirmation and quality checking of products.
Delivery Timeframe
The estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery may vary depending on your location, courier performance, or festival rush.
For remote or rural areas, delivery might take a few extra days.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
Order Processing
All orders are processed on the next working day after they are placed, regardless of the time of the order.
Every product is securely packed to prevent any damage during transportation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the following business day.
Shipping Partners
Our logistics and delivery operations are managed through:
DTDC Courier, Trackon Courier, and India Post (Speed Post / Registered Parcel).
Delivery speed depends entirely on the operational efficiency of these courier partners.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping is available on selected items and offers as displayed on the website.
Standard Shipping Charges are calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight, size, and delivery pin code.
Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available in limited areas and may include an additional service fee.
Tracking Orders
After your order has been dispatched, a tracking link and tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Tracking details generally become active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
Customers can track their parcels directly on the official courier website.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please record a complete unboxing video as proof.
You must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at

Once verified, a replacement will be provided as per our Replacement Policy.
Refunds are issued only if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
Undelivered or Returned Packages
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for undelivered or refused parcels.
Delivery Coverage
Vrindavan Puja Store currently delivers across all regions of India.
International delivery is not yet available but will be introduced soon.
