- Custom-made or personalized items that are intact cannot be replaced or refunded.
- Customers must record a video while unboxing damaged items and send it to vrindavanpujastore@vrindavanpujastore.in for verification.
Shipping & Delivery

- Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on the location and courier service.
